Service Level Agreements

Karani can store your team’s Service Level Agreements — the documents that set out what the team commits to and what members can expect.

  1. On the team dashboard, scroll to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  2. Choose a file. Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, maximum 10MB.

  3. Click Upload SLA.

Uploaded SLAs are listed with their file name and upload date, with View to open one and Delete to remove it.

Whatever your organisation’s arrangement actually is:

  • The fundraising agreement between the organisation and its staff
  • Expectations for reporting frequency and minimum activity
  • What support the organisation commits to providing
  • Coaching and supervision arrangements
  • Data and privacy commitments

Because it’s where the work happens. An SLA in a shared drive nobody opens is functionally invisible; one attached to the team dashboard is in front of the people it applies to.

Everyone who can see the team dashboard — leaders and supervisors.

Delete on the row, with a confirmation. Deleting removes the file from Karani — keep your own copy of anything you might need later.

Karani stores files rather than managing versions. If you upload a revised SLA, both the old and new file remain in the list.

Put the date or version in the filename — fundraising-sla-2026-v2.pdf — so the list stays readable. Delete superseded versions once nobody needs them.
