Available to add
Section titled “Available to add”Progress and money
Section titled “Progress and money”Annual Target — progress toward your annual giving goal, with whether you’re ahead of or behind pace.
The single most useful addition for most people. The Gifts widget tells you the number; this one tells you whether the number is good for the time of year.
Giving Trend — monthly giving over the last twelve months.
Shows seasonality. If most of your giving arrives in two months, this is where you’ll notice, and it’s a good reason to set an explicit monthly gift goal.
Recent Gifts — the last ten gifts, with totals given over the past 30 days.
Giving by Fund — this fiscal year’s giving broken out by gift designation, with each fund’s share of the total. Only available if your giving uses more than one designation.
Lists that need working
Section titled “Lists that need working”These are the built-in reports surfaced on the dashboard. Putting one here is the most reliable way to make sure it actually gets worked.
Behind on Giving — donors whose giving has fallen behind what they pledged this fiscal year. See the report.
Out of Touch Donors — donors you haven’t logged an interaction with recently. See the report.
Lapsed Donors — donors who have given before but not in the last twelve months. See the report.
Understanding your donors
Section titled “Understanding your donors”Top Donors — your five largest givers this fiscal year.
New Donors — people who gave for the very first time this fiscal year. Your acquisition, and the people most in need of a good second experience.
Donor Retention — how many of last fiscal year’s donors have given again this year.
Retention is the number most personal fundraisers never look at and should. A support base that acquires ten donors a year and loses twelve is shrinking while feeling busy.
Birthdays & Anniversaries — contacts with a birthday or anniversary this month. See Upcoming Special Days.

Adding a widget doesn’t change anyone else’s dashboard
Section titled “Adding a widget doesn’t change anyone else’s dashboard”New widgets Karani adds in future arrive as opt-in. A widget absent from your saved layout means hidden, so your dashboard stays exactly as you left it until you choose to change it.
