Pulse adds engagement and wellness signals to your donor records, and can receive giving data back from Karani.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”From Integrations, click Connect Pulse and authorise.
What it does

The integration page has a Sync control for running a sync on demand.
What enrichment gives you
Section titled “What enrichment gives you”Signals from Pulse sit alongside what Karani already knows — giving history, interaction recency, pledge fulfilment — and feed the relationship picture on each contact profile.
Data going the other way
Section titled “Data going the other way”Connecting shares giving data from Karani with Pulse. If your donors’ giving information is sensitive — and it generally is — make sure you’re comfortable with that before connecting, and check your organisation’s data-sharing policies.
Disconnecting
Section titled “Disconnecting”Disconnect stops the sync in both directions.
