What it’s for

Two things, mainly.

Your own monthly review. It’s the one page that shows both the money and the activity, which is what tells you whether a shortfall is a fundraising problem or an effort problem.

Reporting to someone else. If you have a supervisor, a sending organisation, or a board who ask how it’s going, this page answers it without you assembling anything.
